On this page you can find screenshots of all previous build competitions, along with location, score, and player information. Eventually, we’ll get around to setting up public teleports to all of these sites, so anyone can visit them.
The First Building Competition – Cathedrals (December of 2011)

Submitted by Superfantastic for the first build competition, and located roughly halfway along the road between Bodrum and Waterwatch. Achieved first place with a score of 75.5

Submitted by ahawke for the first build competition and located on the outskirts of Waterwatch. Achieved second place with a score of 63.
The Second Build Competition – Tis the Season (December of 2011)

“Santa’s Workshop” submitted by Superfantastic for the second build competition and located in the middle of nowhere. Achieved first place with a score of 88.

“Christmas Tree Wonderland” submitted by Sweetsparrow for the second build competition and located just outside Waterwatch. Achieved second place with a score of 75.

“Naughty and Nice List” submitted by SmartVulpix for the second build competition, and no longer exists (destroyed by SmartVulpix after the end of the competition). Achieved third place with a score of 65.

Submitted by ahawke for the second build competition and located just outside of Waterwatch. Achieved fourth place with a score of 54. Since converted into a giant working water spigot by Superfantastic.
The Third Build Competition – Inns and Taverns (January of 2012)

“Heart of Sunrise” submitted by Superfantastic for the third build competition and located between Sandy Dunes and Waterwatch. Achieved first place with a score of 80.

“Four Lands Inn” submitted by 11196 for the third build competition and located out in the middle of nowhere near a mushroom biome. Achieved second place with a score of 67.5. Has since received several complaints due to lacking an exit, and has been called a “deathtrap” by some travelers.

“Cafe Minecraft” submitted by Firefighters123 for the third build competition and located in Waterwatch. Achieved third place with a score of 66.

“The Crow’s Nest” submitted by ahawke for the third build competition and located on an island not far from New Bodrum. Achieved fourth place with a score of 65, and has become quite famous for it’s legendarily cheap eye-patches. A public warp is available at /warp Crows_Nest so anyone can visit.

“The Oasis” submitted by SmartVulpix for the third build competition and located near Sandy Dunes. Achieved fifth place with a score of 63.
The Fourth Build Competition – The Open Sea (January of 2012)

Submitted by Superfantastic for the fourth build competition, and located way out in the middle of the sea where it’s nigh near impossible to find. Achieved first place with a score of 77.

Submitted by ahawke for the fourth build competition, and located in the sea near New Bodrum and not far from the Crow’s Nest. Achieved second place with a score of 74.5.

Submitted by Irohuro for the fourth build competition, and located not far from New Bodrum or the Crow’s Nest. Achieved third place with a score of 69.

Submitted by CChris and TomSan23 for the fourth build competition, and located just north of the PvP Arena. Achieved fourth place (tied with Firefighters123 and Dudeman’s entry) with a score of 65.

Submitted by Firefighters123 and Dudeman for the fourth build competition, and located in the harbor of Waterwatch. Achieved fourth place (tied with TomSan23 and CChris’s entry) with a score of 65.

Submitted by Kagematch for the fourth competition, and located near Waterwatch. Achieved fifth place with a score of 60.
The Fifth Build Competition – Valentine’s Day (February of 2012)

“Tunnel of Love” submitted by 11196 for the fifth build competition, and located way out in the middle of nowhere. Achieved first place with a score of 83.5 (that’s the power of Love! 😛 ).

Submitted by Superfantastic for the fifth build competition, and located somewhere in the vast frozen tundra near Bodrum. Achieved second place with a score of 78.

“The Martyred Valentines” submitted by Hotdogsaucer for the fifth build competition, and is no longer available due to Old World being discontinued. Achieved third place with a score of 72.

Submitted by Firefighters123 for the fifth build competition, and located in Waterwatch. Achieved fourth place with a score of 63.5.
The Sixth Build Competition – Videogames and You (April-July of 2012)

“Companion Cube” submitted by Solonaus (long before joining server staff) for the sixth build competition, and located on an island in some remote region of the server. Achieved first place with a score of 77.

Submitted by Muszs (long before joining server staff) for the sixth build competition, and located out near the /warp Jungle teleport. Achieved second place with a score of 75.5.

“Tribute to X-COM” submitted by ahawke for the sixth build competition, and located somewhere near Riverwatch. Achieved third place with a score of 65.
The Seventh Build Competition – Theater and the Arts (August-September of 2012)

Submitted by ahawke and Ness for the seventh build competition, and located somewhere in the vicinity of Megolf and Ness’s desert resort. Achieved first place with a score of 70.5.

Submitted by Keivia for the seventh build competition, and located in Keivia’s settlement (which is somewhere on the server). Achieved second place with a score of 68.5.

“The Yag Box Theater” submitted by Yagouksu for the seventh build competition, and located… well we’re not really sure, but it’s somewhere! Achieved third place with a score of 39. Fun Fact: Yag actually meant this as a joke entry, but due to the low number of entries for the competition was judged as a real entry.
The Eighth Build Competition – Winter Holidays (December 2012 – January 2013)

“The Winter Park” submitted by Keivia for the eighth build competition, and located in Keivia’s settlement. Achieved first place with a score of 74.

“Winter Island and Palace” submitted by Enigma for the eighth build competition and located out in the middle of the ocean. Achieved third place with a score of 68.

Submitted by Rex for the eighth build competition, and located once again out in the middle of nowhere (hey, it’s a big server! Even I don’t know where most of this stuff is exactly!) Achieved fourth place with a score of 62.5.

“The Christmas Sheep” submitted by Ekul for the eighth build competition, and located near Creeperdom. Achieved sixth place with a score of 52.

“Rainbow and Pot of Gold” submitted by 11196 for the ninth build competition and located not far from a certain Valentine’s Day build. Tied for sixth place with a score of 70.5.

“Asian Village” submitted by Doc for the eleventh build competition, and located in a mountain harbor somewhere. Achieved third place with a score of 72.5.
“Taj Mahal” submitted by Hawk for the eleventh build competition, despite not being Asian, and located in a dense jungle. Achieved fourth place with a score of 72.
